"Know the state of your flocks, and put your heart into caring for your herds."
— Proverbs 27:23
Our Vision
Helping local church pastors know the state of their flock.
Flock State was built by a group of local church pastors who received a clear direction from the Lord — to know the state of their flocks. Like the ancient wisdom of Proverbs, we believe that faithful shepherding requires more than good intentions. It requires clarity, attention, and consistent awareness of what's actually happening in your congregation.
This tool was designed, built, and continues to be fine-tuned by pastors — for pastors. We're not a software company that stumbled into church ministry. We are church leaders who recognized the need for a simple, powerful way to track the health and growth of our local churches.
We know what it's like to stand before a congregation and sense something is shifting — but not have the data to confirm it. We know the weight of leading a multi-campus church without a clear picture of each location. That's why we built this.
