Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in details, plus the names and email addresses of team members your church invites.

Church information: church name, logo, website, contact details, number of locations, and campus names and addresses.

Ministry data you enter: weekly totals such as attendance, tithes and offerings, volunteer counts, giving units, first-time givers, and people metrics, along with notes and message board posts. FlockSTATE is designed for totals, not individual donor records; please don't upload personal giving records for individual members.

Report recipients: email addresses your church adds to receive automated reports.

Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status, and payment history, but we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage information: basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working well.

We use this information to provide and improve FlockSTATE, including showing your dashboards, sending the reports and notices you set up, processing payments, providing support, and protecting the service from misuse.

We do not sell your data, use your church's data for advertising, or share it with other churches.

Your church's data is visible only to people your church admins add to your team, and to the recipients you choose for reports. FlockSTATE staff may access your account only to provide support, keep the service secure, or meet legal obligations.

We rely on trusted providers to run FlockSTATE, including Base44 (application hosting and data storage), Stripe (payments), and email delivery services. They may process your information only to provide their services to us.

We keep your church's data while your account is active. If your subscription ends, your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off if you return. A church admin may ask us to export or permanently delete the church's data at any time by emailing us; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (such as billing records) by law.

We use access controls that keep each church's data separate, encrypted connections, and trusted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and remove team members who no longer need access.

FlockSTATE is intended for church staff and leaders, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Kids' attendance is recorded only as totals.

You can update your church's information in Organization Settings, change or turn off automated reports, and remove team members at any time. To access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, contact us below.

If we make material changes, we will notify church admins by email or in the app before they take effect.
